I can’t begin to express how grateful I am for Mr. Eric and the entire team at this dealership. My family first met Mr. Eric back in 2019 when we were helping my brother find a car. After a terrible experience at another dealership, we walked in with low expectations, but Mr. Eric completely turned that around. He didn’t just meet our expectations-he exceeded them in every possible way, 1,000 times over. Since then, my brother has purchased three cars from him, and now it’s my turn to share my amazing car-buying experience with Mr. Eric. With Mr. Eric, there’s no guessing, no uncertainty, and absolutely no feeling of being pressured. His honesty and upfront approach make all the difference. He’s not about selling cars, he’s about helping people find the right car for their needs. That level of integrity is what sets him apart, and it’s why my family and I will never buy a car from anyone else. We were considering trading in our 2018 Honda Civic but weren't sure and I came by to have a diagnostic done and met with Eric Collier in new cars at the front desk and from that point he was very welcomin weren't sure and I came by to have a diagnostic done and met with Eric Collier in new cars at the front desk and from that point he was very welcoming and easy to work with. He was able to find a car that met our needs and assist us through the process of getting a new car. We were very thankful they were able to give us value all the way around from our trade, payment and overall satisfaction with the ease of our purchase. Their professionalism and consultative approach to be sure we found exactly what met our needs and refreshingly never once did we feel like it was a pushy sales process.
