Truly a great experience I contacted Eric Clark about buying a new truck I have known Eric since 1997 and my family has bought over 20 vehicles from him. Eric put me with Darrell Fall who worked some magic with Eric and his Team. I located a truck at a dealer 75 miles away. A quick call to Darrell and within a couple of hours they secured the truck. Eric got me with finance and within a couple of hours I had an appointment to pick up my vehicle. I will never buy a vehicle from anybody but Eric Clark and his team. We additionally purchased a 2018 focus for my daughter and will be picking up a 2019 Ford Explored for my girlfriend. More

She was reluctant to call due to a vocal problem, so I contacted the general manager, Eric Clarke, via long distance. He was most concerned that there should be total customer satisfaction and consideration, and he proceeded to assure me he would look into the matter and resolve it. He also said he would call my mother as well as getting back to me. In no time at all, he did exactly what he promised and both my mother and I are extremely pleased with the results. He was both professional and compassionate, and I know she will return to Fairway as a result. My advice to anyone who has an issue is to let them know - they can't fix things if they aren't aware of a problem. Sincerest thanks to Mr. Clarke and Fairway Ford for their efforts. More
