From step one to the signing of the paperwork the did not push me in a direction I did not want to go and never asked me for more than what I said I could handle. Rather than ask me the typical question "how much can you spend?", they asked what type of vehicle I was looking for and what my overall budget was. Yet Another Excellent Experience Purchasing a Vehicle I received a letter from Sunrise and it indicated that a good deal could be worked out to purchase my F-150 truck and purchase another vehicle for les I received a letter from Sunrise and it indicated that a good deal could be worked out to purchase my F-150 truck and purchase another vehicle for less than what I was currently paying. Well, this was indeed the truth. My sales REP - Matt Magnusson was given a hard job to satisfy my wife and I, we do not stand for any sales people who do not listen or attempt to push you into any vehicle that is on sale. Matt listened to us and even though another pickup was not in the stars, an SUV was there and between a selection of (3) - we went with the Traverse. Again, knowledge of the vehicles and letting us make the decision were all pluses my book. Matt showed and explained any questions we had on the vehicles and continued to look for other SUVs on the lot that met our needs and wishes. Working to help us with our decision were Jose Martinez and Eric Claeson (both who are current Traverse owners) - Jose was very helpful and friendly, everyone made you feel at home - I was glad I returned to Sunrise for this purchase. Jose was able to find additional trade-in money on the Truck and a saving on the sticker price of the Traverse - this was appreciated greatly. Eric remembered me from before, and tried to get the "best" deal possible - I was pleased by the savings he could find. Eric was able to get a great rate with ABS Citzens Bank and a lower interest rate. What I liked was that you are treated like family, they provide the best prices they can and also apply discounts for previously selecting Sunrise. It was nice to see Mike Fakhouri again, he has always kept in contact - he made sure everything went smoothly, it was a nice feeling. I would recommend Sunrise any day - I would mention to ask for Matt as well as any other sales person, but Matt makes you feel at ease and comfortable, he is never pressuring you, which is not always the case with a purchase of a new vehicle. Right now, Sunrise is two for two on my purchases, in a few years, I will no doubt return to you. Thank You for a "Good" experience with the purchase of my new SUV. I would rate the experience "A" - and everyone who were part of my purchase. More

After visiting the dealer and dealing with these four employees/sales associates I am extremely happy that my friend did recommend me and that I choose to go. These four had excellent service and were on top of everything. Unfortunately I didnt drive away with my car today considering it was in detail but i do get to drive away with it tomorrow. I am overall 100% satisfied with not only choosing this dealership but working with the people i did. I would definitely recommend this dealership and these four guys.
