I’ve taking my Tacoma to local dealerships for service out of convenience. Since my truck is still under warranty I continue utilizing dealer service. I have found the local dealerships somewhat lacking a out of convenience. Since my truck is still under warranty I continue utilizing dealer service. I have found the local dealerships somewhat lacking and on more than one occasion I have had issues of trust and professionalism. I have had others highly recommend Longo for its integrity and professionalism but it is a bit of a drive. I now find the drive well worth it as my experience there was far beyond what I have been receiving up ‘till now. My service writer Steve was exceptional and now has all of my future business. Every one at every step was professional and helpful. The quality of work and the price was very exceptional. Not all dealerships charge the same and I can’t help but look back and see that there has been some inflated pricing from other dealerships. I highly recommend Longo Toyota and can assure them that will most definitely have all of my future business whether it be service or new vehicle purchases. More

I accidentally felt privilege that they have separate line just for newer car owners and it went quickly with my appointment. I purchased my car from here. I’m too far away from this location now but I still drive to get my car do its routine maintenance from Longo. I sometimes can watch the mechanic do its job and doing multipoint inspection. They are all friendly and professional. One thing that doesn't make this review perfect is, when I had my windshield cracked, i thought they would take care of it as I want ( all Toyota parts) but instead, they just brushed me away and gave me a verbal quote of “1800$. I would have just scheduled to have it fixed there but, they did not offer to take in my car neither even recommended just to go somewhere else. Long story short, no problem with these guys, they are good taking care of the car and the owner of the cars, but I would be more appreciative if they treat their all their customers fairly. I feel like if you have the newest car, they are excellent, if you get there and you have your toyota from the 90’s and dressed in your simple clothes, it will be easy for them to just point you around and at the end no one will help you solve your problem. More
