Both of them immediately made the entire process so easy, and fun even! We fell in love with the new Traverse, and in no time at all, I was driving off the lot in my new car. Bobby was very patient, and kind to me and my two children who were with me. Eric also helped answer questions while I was trying to decide whether to lease or buy the vehicle.
