The service department is trash! Don’t trust them with your car. . The staff are extremely unprofessional and they will hold your and do nothing. Never ever again. After 10 days of my car sitting there, I elevated it to the management and they were the same. It’s the culture there. . I took my car to Tinley Park and the circus ended. Save yourself the frustration and don’t give them your keys. Every time I called, they couldn’t find the car and had never even looked at the vehicle. After nearly 2 weeks, I took it straight to another dealer and they are doing the repairs. The staff are dysfunctional and they could care less about a customer’s time or service needs. Every time I called it was a different excuse. ! My experience was horrible. The customer service is absolute trash. It’s a NO for me. More

South Oak recommends costly unnecessary services. Brought my Jeep in for 30k service. Attendant recommended Fuel/Air Induction Service for approximately $200. I questioned the service but was told my Brought my Jeep in for 30k service. Attendant recommended Fuel/Air Induction Service for approximately $200. I questioned the service but was told my vehicle needed it and one of the items should've been done at 20k. I learned later that this service is not listed in the manual, recommended by MOPAR, or listed on South Oak's site as being required. I have one oil change that I paid for remaining and will not return for service or a new vehicle. More
