I had to come in twice to get my issue resolved. They was a lack on communication and organization. When I came in, I originally spoke with Tyler George he had zero clue why I was there and told me They was a lack on communication and organization. When I came in, I originally spoke with Tyler George he had zero clue why I was there and told me I couldn’t get helped when I had a text conversation with the store to come in and get a new key. He they told me to wait for the service manager who was clearly busy helping another customer (understandable) but did nothing to reassure me that my issue would get resolved. I was frustrated because my key was broken by the service team and I had to cancel my plans twice to get it fixed. More

Dropped off vehicle the night before service. On day of appointment received no calls or any status. Called dealer day after appointment spoke to Eric was told he would walk out to tech and call On day of appointment received no calls or any status. Called dealer day after appointment spoke to Eric was told he would walk out to tech and call me back in a few minutes. No call… called again spoke to someone else they put me on a few min hold then returned to say vehicle should be done that day. Got a text saying should be done that day as well. Called back as ‘should’ does not say will be ready to pick up…was told I could pick up near 5:30. Overall seems very little effort was taken as at no time was I called and the text message was too ambiguous for me to plan to drive in. Forcing me to make the necessary calls. More

My service center experience was initially bad. Drew eventually made up for the horrible customer service from Tyler. I called for a copy of an invoice but was told by Tyler he/they couldn’t email Drew eventually made up for the horrible customer service from Tyler. The next week I dropped my vehicle off for service and I was informed that my invoice would be emailed to me. xxx?! Making me waste my time and money! More
