Lack of communication between employees, management, departments, customers. They texted me asking to pre-purchase a vehicle at bottom line price. When I came in, I was told pre-purchases cannot be granted bottom line price. When I purchased a vehicle at msrp, I was called and texted by two people to come get my car. I showed up and waited 1 1/2 hours to be told the vehicle could not be released. One person said a manager was in the hospital so nobody could sign off while another said a recall had to addressed on the vehicle first. I spent over 7 hours total in the dealership. Gateway advertises bottom line, no hassles, no haggle, in and out quick. My experience there left me unexcited about purchasing a vehicle. I'll tell people to go elsewhere. More
