Hi //chad, I have some problem in the navigation display . Every now and then the screen is frozen and I am not able to view the map notr able to set top the option or change the view. I was not able to get any help from the staff who did service my vehicle. Can you give me an appointment to meet with one of the tech specialist to see the problem and have it fixed. thanks Joseph More

I visited Rallye Acura for a minor technical issue that reasonably could have been handled in 30-60 minutes. I was there, however, for 2 hours and 20 minutes. It might have been longer had I not enlisted the aid of Enza Comito, who intervened to get a service advisor to assist me after a 20 minute wait. She has always been very pleasant to deal with*, as was the advisor on this occasion, Jeorgio LLantino. Their nice disposition, however, doesn’t translate into an efficient service department experience. It was an hour before the task was begun by the technicians. Part of the problem is the fact that they conduct a large number of unauthorized inspections in order to recommend more repairs. This experience was not as bad as the one I had in December, but still it was disappointing. In dealing with the Rallye service department lately, I’ve felt that things were not handled in a professional, customer-considerate fashion. *she and the advisors have offered excuses for slow service, such as, they don’t have enough qualified technicians for the particular repair, around the holidays technicians aren’t working, sick staff members were sent home to prevent the spread of illness, etc. More
