The new showroom and service center is bright, clean, and welcoming. Staff at Kelly Jeep are always friendly and welcoming. My most recent experience at Kelly Jeep was with Enrico, and it was one of the best buying/leasing experiences I have had. I was not an easy customer. I came in wanting a car and a color no longer manufactured. I left a bit confused and disappointed, but Enrico followed up and helped answer all of my questions. He provided me all the information I asked for even with options to buy out my previous lease, how much the tires I needed on my previous car would have been… every detail. I dreaded the return process of my outgoing lease, but Enrico let me know I could garage my old lease there at Kelly Jeep and made that stress go away. There is a fine line between persistence and pressure in sales. Enrico knew where that line was and did not cross it. Enrico was the reason I ultimately returned to Kelly Jeep after looking at almost every other car brand after my first visit. Thank you Kelly Jeep and thank you Enrico! More

Highly recommend working with Rico…I came into the dealership with minimal time to spare and he got me the lease info & pricing I was looking for ASAP. I didn’t intend on closing the deal same day but after a quick negotiation later in the day they got me a great/very fair monthly payment. Next visit I gave a quick deposit & Rico took care of the rest. He made the paper work in-person and the online portion very easy & quick. My work schedule made it hard to be available but Rico worked with me to find super convenient options for finalizing things & the vehicle pickup…much appreciated! More
