bait and switch happened to us to we were dealing with noel cerda on a lease price that got us in the door. but the day before we were to come in, he quits and has us work with emy. we were dealing with noel cerda on a lease price that got us in the door. but the day before we were to come in, he quits and has us work with emy. we came in and they said car would cost more because it was tinted and she didn't know this and our monthly payment would increase by $15. she was very stiff on this offer and said she couldn't honor what i spoke to noel about. we told her that's the reason we came in and that's what we wanted. we should have walked away and shopped elsewhere. total waste of time and dishonest dealership. we will never do business with this dealership on our next lease. More
