I had a in and out purchase i knew what I wanted. I drove 4 hours to look at the vehicle and it was a done deal. The dealership did delivery my truck to me the next day which was awesome. The only problem I have and still have is the spare key never came with the truck. I've waited two weeks for the key and the problem has not been resolved. I spoke to a sales manager but he had no idea of the situation with the key. He never got back with me. The salesman Anthony Johnson is wants me to wait on the mail after two weeks as a customer i shouldn't have to wait any longer to get this resolved. I've been patient but it wears thin after awhile. Once I get this key I may feel different but for now not happy. If I purchase a key it could cost over 200 and I want what's mine. THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST!!!!! The dealership made right what was my problem with the key situation I thank you for that and now I'd recommend them. The next time if things are mailed we get tracking numbers for both the dealer and customer. Mail is not always reliable and tracking numbers keep them in line.. Thank you for my second key. More

Randy in particular dedicated several hours to getting to know me, testing vehicles, and giving me a full personalized tour and rundown of the vehicle he helped me find following purchase. Will return to them for any future purchases and be on the lookout for Randy, who has continued to follow up with me to ensure that my vehicle is meeting my needs, performing flawlessly, and offering personal assistance at the same level as during the search and purchase process.
