I am a senior citizen who bought a 2023 CRV HYBRID Touring and my A/C went out. So I called Customer Service and spoke with Anna. Anna was a complete professional and listened to my predicament and for me I needed my A/C looked ASAP as I have a bad heart and the heat here in the Valley can really drain you especially with a bad heart. She asked me to bring it in and to my surprise they fixed the issue with the A/C and now I can go on with my daily living thanks to Honda but a very special thanks to Anna she was awesome! Hard working people are hard to find I hope the Managers at Honda in Pharr TX will appreciate her hard work to make the Honda company excel and to keep happy returning customers. More
