It was due to expire so a year before it did I contacted Lombard and spoke with Emma Allen who said she would contact me prior to the expiration date and review my options which she in fact did. Now this is exceptional in its self this day and age. Two weeks prior to expiration she e mailed a quote with with my options for coverage. I purchased a new ESP plan from Lombard without even searching other dealers. In closing I cannot thank Emma Allen and associate Jack along with Lombard Ford for providing a truly great experience. If I lived anywhere near the state of Connecticut Lombard Ford would be my choice for Sales and Service based on my dealings with Emma and Jack. Steve Large . More

Exceptional Service I had the wonderful experience of buying my Ford Extended Service Plan from Emma at Lombard Ford. Even though I live in Washington State, it was as if I had the wonderful experience of buying my Ford Extended Service Plan from Emma at Lombard Ford. Even though I live in Washington State, it was as if I were in Emma's office every time I contacted her. In fact, one time I left her an email message on Saturday, as I was trying to decide if I was going to purchase a policy or not, and what particular policy fit my needs, and Emma replied within 30 minutes. She works all the time. With Emma's help and information I decided to purchase an ESP. I chose the plan without the least bit of pressure. Emma only provided the information I needed to make the decision. I really appreciate not having the hard sales I was getting from another dealer and the final cost after the discount I was given. I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from Lombard Ford. I believe one great person can spread throughout an organization. More
