My salesman Emin was rude and unprofessional. Very difficult to work with throughout the entire process. He ended up selling me a gold certified pre owned vehicle without any of the CPO work done Very difficult to work with throughout the entire process. He ended up selling me a gold certified pre owned vehicle without any of the CPO work done to it despite telling me it was done. Absolutely unacceptable and when returned to get the work done, he continued to be rude, unprofessional and aggressive for no reason at all and did not take ownership of his mistake. This has made me lose confidence in the CPO program. The finance department also had no idea of any of the Toyotathon deals going on within their own department. Very disappointing experience overall. Huge thank you to the service team who were the only ones being considerate and apologetic to the entire situation. More
