BEST in the business... what more can I say? I am a new car nut... which means this Infiniti marks my 37th new car purchase. I have bought everything from Hondas Accords, to pick-up trucks, to a new Quat car nut... which means this Infiniti marks my 37th new car purchase. I have bought everything from Hondas Accords, to pick-up trucks, to a new Quattroporte. I have been to many, many, many new car dealers. This was one of the smoothest ever. I was given an amazing price a new FX35 Limited Edition (rare model). I was give a very fair trade value. I was treated with respect, and my time was not wasted. Things were crazy at the office, and we were getting ready to leave for a weekend trip, so Emily and Bill arranged to have my new FX delivered to my office. I signed, they picked up my trade, and I was on my way. I don't write recommendations too often... but these guys are good. I will be back! Thanks Emily, Bill and Joe! More

Emily Salamone provided friendly and proffessional sevice. Price was very competitive. Minor omissions in cleaning were quickly corrected with the appology. The purchase process started with my inquiry via the internet which was handled by Emily. She was fantastic in helping me get to a price point where I could drive the 30 miles to work with Kevin. This was the first time I leased a car by obtaining quotes through the internet. From the initial contact with Emily Salamone at Holman Infiniti, the entire car buying experience was stress free. Emily was very accommodating and provided a no nonsense, very thorough, down to earth approach to getting me the information and answers I needed in a timely manner. Chris Swartz was my sales representative. He made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end of the leasing process. He is very knowledgeable and provided detailed instructions on the usage of all the car's features. Joe had prepared the financial documents, which only had to be signed... no waiting. Everyone was friendly and efficient. It really was a nice experience doing business with Holman. More

EMILY WORKED WELL WITH ME ADVISING OF THE VEHICLES IN STOCK AND EVEN HAD THEIR BUYER SEE IF THERE WOULD BE ANYTHING I WAS INTERESTED IN AT THE AUCTION THAT WEEK. I WAS LOOKING FOR A DEMO OR NEW VEHICLE. STOCK AND EVEN HAD THEIR BUYER SEE IF THERE WOULD BE ANYTHING I WAS INTERESTED IN AT THE AUCTION THAT WEEK. I WAS LOOKING FOR A DEMO OR NEW VEHICLE. CAME TO THE SHOWROOM AND MEET WITH TOM AND WE DISCUSSED BOTH VEHICLES, UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THE VEHICLES I WAS INTERESTED IN APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN SOLD AND THE OTHER WAS BURIED IN SNOW AFTER THE SNOW STORM THE DAY BEFORE. TOM GOT SOME GUYS AND THEY DUG THAT CAR OUT AND WE WENT FOR A DRIVE. TOM EVEN HAD ME STOP THE CAR SO HE COULD GET THE SNOW THAT WAS PACKED INTO THE RIMS OUT AS IT WAS AFFECTING THE RIDE. I just leased a 2010 G37X and had the best experience ever. I selected my vehicle from the inventory on the dealer's website and requested a quote on Saturday evening. I received a call on Monday morni ever. I selected my vehicle from the inventory on the dealer's website and requested a quote on Saturday evening. I received a call on Monday morning from Emily, the Internet Coordinator. She quoted a great price and provided a breakdown of all the costs. Holman beat all the local dealers by far so I drove 48 miles to make the deal. When I walked through the door, Steve Neczypor greeted me by name although I hadn't spoken to him. Impressive! He took me for a test drive and thoroughly explained all the features of the car. I completed the necessary paperwork and made arrangements to pick up the car the next day. Steve offered to pick me up from the train station since I was coming straight from work in NY. Nice! After picking me up Steve went over all of the car's features again. When we arrived at the dealership all paperwork was ready for me to sign. I was then taken to the Finance Manager's office to complete the transaction. Joe was pleasant and presented additional options to me. There was no hard sell and Joe remained pleasant although I declined everything but the basic oil change package. I have to admit that I was bracing myself for the surprise throughout the process but it never came. Everyone was friendly and professional and they delivered exactly what they sold me over the phone. There were no hassles at all. I highly recommend Holman Infinti. The staff changed my opinion of car dealers and the car buying process. More

Where shall I begin…Friendliness while this appears third in the survey I feel this is the one area in which my internet Coordinator, Emily Salamone went beyond the call of duty. Two weeks prior to purchasi in the survey I feel this is the one area in which my internet Coordinator, Emily Salamone went beyond the call of duty. Two weeks prior to purchasing my vehicle I contacted Emily to get a price quote as I was considering purchasing a new Infiniti. I was met with a swift response with detailed and valid information on pricing and financing. When asked when I would like to purchase the vehicle, I replied “I wish I had a month ago”. I recently purchased a vehicle from another foreign automaker and was in the process of terminating my relationship with my local dealer and returning my car due to poor customer service. Understanding my situation, Emily was able to provide concise and accurate information on my purchase options given the circumstances. After working diligently with me for 10 days sharing over 30 phone calls & emails, I was able to get approved for my 2010 Infiniti G37 Coupe Anniversary Edition. When speaking of price, Dexter Woodley was able to provide me a generous estimated trade-in value for my current vehicle as well as negotiate with Infiniti finance on my behalf to qualify for tier 1 lease option. Being a recent graduate degree recipient, buying my first car is a big deal and because of Dexter’s hard work I was able to lease my dream car with a comfortable monthly payment. Winning in price was a significant reason for me choosing Holman, because of Holman’s many decades of service they were able to offer very attractive lease options that beat out any dealer between New Jersey and Florida (Believe me I checked). The overall experience spanned from Regina at the reception desk to Jim in service, I was met by friendly and knowledgeable staff every time I called or visited the dealer. Above all George Parker was the Sales Manager who made it all possible. Drawing on the information from Emily and Dexter, George was able to deliver my vehicle in a timely and hassle free fashion and even went as far to aid me in setting up Bluetooth and navigation. It is good to know that there are companies like Holman Infiniti who strive to provide the best car buying experience with a focus on world class customer service.
