I want to first start off by saying Thank you to all the folks at Shepherd’s who I met and were involved in my car buying experience. As we all know, making a purchase as big and expensive as a new car c folks at Shepherd’s who I met and were involved in my car buying experience. As we all know, making a purchase as big and expensive as a new car can be a bit overwhelming and stressful at times. Well let me tell you, this one was the exact opposite! I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to my salesperson who took care of me the entire time, EMILY FRENCH. From the first moment I met EMILY and shook her hand before the test drive, I expressed to her how a brand new Jeep Wrangler is my dream vehicle. After speaking with Emily I could tell she took that comment personally and was motivated to get me into that dream Jeep that I wanted. From start to finish, EMILY made this whole experience easy and enjoyable. She answered all my questions and if there was a question she didn't know the answer to she went and found it. If you plan on shopping at this dealership, Do it! I know Shepherd’s has a great roster of salespersons over there, but I highly recommend you all ask for EMILY on your next or first visit. Ohh and to put a cherry on top of things, she even came into work on her day off. Now if that isn't dedication and commitment to not only the job but the customer I don't know what is.
