Realizing we should have purchased running boards when we purchased the Tacoma, Emilio was super helpful in placing the order, scheduling and paying, and allowing me to Uber back & forth to work while Toyota purchased the Tacoma, Emilio was super helpful in placing the order, scheduling and paying, and allowing me to Uber back & forth to work while Toyota worked on the vehicle. Since 2001, Findlay Toyota has never let me down! I now live out of area and still insist on going to this dealership. This was to find out if the work needed was covered under the extended warranty that we have on our 2014 Toyota Camry was covered or not. The waranty was actually purchased through Findley Chevrolet where we the extended warranty that we have on our 2014 Toyota Camry was covered or not. The waranty was actually purchased through Findley Chevrolet where we our other car, a 2020 Chevrolet Trax was purchased. The Toyota was puchased from Centennial Toyota in the NW part of Las Vegas. They wanted way too much for the exteneded warranty when the original warranty expired. Emilo said that the work needed was not covered under the waranty and would be about $450.00. We declined to have it done. It is not something that prevents us from driving the car or is that important. It is that the trunk lid does not always stay open by itself. We will make a prop of some sort for it and maybe get it repaied at another time if we the price FIndly Toyoata wants is much, much cheaper or we can find another place that wil do it at a much, much cheaper price. I am very satisfied with the repair service; they did a good job to repair the issues.
