I bought my second car here last year and the sealer man J. ? An Asian salesman was extremely negligent when it came to transferring all my belongings from the trunk of my old car into the new 2024 Camry, h J. ? An Asian salesman was extremely negligent when it came to transferring all my belongings from the trunk of my old car into the new 2024 Camry, he just threw things on the top with no regard to my belongings. I had not planned to buy a new car that day. It was a last minute decision. I had a lot personal things in the trunk. The salesman didn't take the take to show me the new features of the new car either, what's even worst , no one from the dealer ever called me after my formal complain in writing and in person, no accountability whatsoever. I happened to run into the salesperson one day at the dealer because I had a question on my new car. He totally denied being my salesperson. I really like the people in service : Nelson and John , the manager, not so much the sales department. I left messages and no one ever called me back. I would not be surprised if no one calls me after this survey. More
