Megha is an extremely professional and helpful salesperson. She quickly secured my confidence and trust by answering all my questions directly and without any annoying hard sell tactics I recall from all prior car purchase experiences. I'd only planned to ask some questions and maybe do a test drive. However, thanks to her low pressure approach, we found the right vehicle on the floor and I was able to ensure it had all the features I'd previously determined I absolutely wanted. By listening to me, she helped me quickly navigate the different models and zero in on the best one. That was so helpful, because I was able to rationally decide for myself this car purchase was right for me. After that things flew, especially considering I was unprepared to make a purchase (didn't have the title on me, etc.). She got us through that efficiently and always answered any further questions I had. Absolutely recommend Megha to anyone who wants to learn more about Honda vehicles or is planning to make a purchase. We have purchased 5 vehicles from Valley Honda and have never been disappointed. From the minute we walked in the door to look at the cars all the way to having routine maintenance, we have never been let never been disappointed. From the minute we walked in the door to look at the cars all the way to having routine maintenance, we have never been let down. This last experience by far was our best! Fred was working with our daughter who was buying her first car. He was very patient and listened to exactly what our daughter was looking for. More importantly he made sure she understood the safety features and really educated her. Fred was patient, and did not pressure us at all. He listened to what price range she needed to stay within and never tried to go over. You could tell he truly cared about his customers. Fred is now a family friend as far as we are concerned!!! Go to Valley Honda, you won’t be disappointed!!! My husband is there frequently for routine maintenance and loves the coffee bar. Thank you for bringing that back. Valley agenda goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Every employee there goes out of there way to make you feel like family.
