The Sales Manager Emiliano made the process quick and painless and the James, the Finance Manager made sure to explain all my options and still get me out the door to make my next appointment on time. While I was in the store, I had already received a call from Johnson King the GM thanking me for my purchase and then he walked over and introduced himself when he found out I was still at the dealership. Great experience, and wow my new 2018 MKZ rides like a dream. More
