Brian Kennedy, who has not been reviewed here, is one of my service advisors who graciously took over for Emerson Cambara, with whom I have also enjoyed working- was out sick. He assisted me with some very difficult service issues on a rare '06 S60 R project car I own. I even made a sales offer on a demo/loaner and he took time out of his busy schedule to walk over and present it to the sales department which was way over his pay grade. He has been excellent in his communication , getting back to me within a short period of time when I've contacted him. He is exceptional at his attempts to resolve anything I throw at him, but especially in advising me should I purchase any other Volvo 'unicorns' as I am a very atypical performance-oriented Volvo enthusiast. The team at service there with Brian & Emerson, as well as Shannon and Laura, is extremely pleasant in the way they both answer the phone and relay information. For this reason I will not service my Volvos anywhere else. More

This is one of the best dealerships, especially if you want to service your Volvo. We own an XC 90 and its' been cared for well. Ask for Emerson there. Not just does he genuinely care for you/your car as want to service your Volvo. We own an XC 90 and its' been cared for well. Ask for Emerson there. Not just does he genuinely care for you/your car as a customer, he also knows his stuff well. We've always had a pleasant experience with him and he offered the best advise. So, hands down, amongst all the cars i've owned and dealerships i've worked with, there is no one better than this service dept you can get in NJ, and it's because of the service standards Emerson sets there!! More

If you are looking for a honest and fair dealership, Princeton Volvo should be on your list. Between Mike (GM) and Kathy (Sales), they will take as much time as you need to assist you in your vehicle pu Princeton Volvo should be on your list. Between Mike (GM) and Kathy (Sales), they will take as much time as you need to assist you in your vehicle purchase. Our 1st XC60 had a small issue that should not be happening. Mike was a man of his word and took the vehicle back, no questions asked. Because of that honesty, I purchased not one but 2 more XC60’s. Recently I wanted to upgrade one of them to a XC90. Mike and Kathy said that it might take a while to find one that has the options I was looking for. It took over 6 months but a call came directly from Mike, my XC90 was found and it would fit into my budget. I could not be happier. If you are in the market for a vehicle, look at Volvo and give Princeton Volvo a call. More

Do not buy a Volvo. My 2013 S60 burns oil. 2 quarts every 800-1000 miles. Volvo of Princeton, Emerson, says this is acceptable. Just Google Volvo burns oil. You will see many, many reports. Our experience with staff members throughout various departments from Volvo of Princeton dealership was exceedingly positive and significantly contrasted with that from another dealership, where we rece departments from Volvo of Princeton dealership was exceedingly positive and significantly contrasted with that from another dealership, where we recently purchased a vehicle from with unresolved issues. Their customer service skills are exceptional including our interactions with employees from the Service Dept.-Star and Emerson, Sales Dept.-Brianna, and Store Manager-Michael. They were all so polite, friendly, patient, attentive, professional, and willing to answer all of our questions. They were all solution-oriented and provided us with suggestions on how to help us with our current situation. Most importantly, they all took the time to listen to our concerns and genuinely demonstrated an interest in helping us in any way that they could. They were all transparent and straightforward in providing us the information inquired about. The way in which they communicated with us allowed for a sense of trust and confidence in the information shared. We appreciate and value the time they spent with us and the resources/suggestions shared. Although we have not yet purchased a vehicle from their dealership given that the issue with our current vehicle is still unresolved, we will be sure to do so in the future. However, in the interim we wanted to share the noteworthy experience we had and highly recommend this dealership to all interested in Volvo. Thank you all at Princeton for everything! More
