Apparently this dealership must be on shaky ground, financially they have to squeeze as much money off of everyone that comes in there for service. After arriving in your service area I went back to my vehicle to get some paperwork and slipped in some water that was on the floor and hurt myself on my shin. Nobody showed much concern about the incide vehicle to get some paperwork and slipped in some water that was on the floor and hurt myself on my shin.
