Elvis was contacted by a dealer service rep and relayed my desire to replace my current 2012 550i with a 3 series that is either a demo or previously owned. The first sales rep I inquired about this simply took me to the roof of the dealership and offered no real assistance in locating suitable possibilities. But with Elvis, he already had heard my request from the service rep and when I showed up at the dealership, he had already identified some possibilities. This was near closing time and I had just come in to get my X4 serviced. So we agreed I would return the next day to look more closely at cars that would fit my needs. The next day when I arrived at the dealership, Elvis had already picked out what he thought was the two best possibilities and they were both demo autos. He identified the car he thought was the best value and had assessed the sort of packages and features I would like to have. He had me do a test drive and he nailed it. He saved me enormous time by avoiding me having to roam through their entire inventory and found just about the best car to fit my needs that matched all my requirements. He made the process as smooth and painless and as quick as possible. And then he stayed with me the entire way through each step ... all the way through to the end when I was given a run down and presentation of all the features and settings for the vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales experience than the one Elvis provided. More
