Took my car for repair at the Kia dealership after my mechanic ran diagnostic which included evap and timing codes. In the month of October since Kia has had my car, after each repair (change the gas c mechanic ran diagnostic which included evap and timing codes. In the month of October since Kia has had my car, after each repair (change the gas cap, plough valve replacement, and replacement of evaporation canister) I was told to drive my car around to make sure the engine light did not come back on, it always did within driving less than one hour Forward a head to November (yes they still have my car) I am told diagnostic codes now include the need for engine repairs, including a timing chain, timing chain tensioner, intake oil control valve, and intake camshaft sensor. Ironically my warranty expired 10 days prior to Kia reporting this to me. Also, after talking to not only my mechanic but several others the Kia dealership 100% saw the timing codes along with the evap codes when the diagnostics were ran on my Kia. As previously stated above the diagnostic codes were what originally sent me to the dealership. I hate to pull the gender card, but as a female I feel I was taking advantage of . More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !! Both Management and the Repair Service are pathetic. Service doesn't answer their phone and they lie over and over to your face. My wife took her S !! My wife took her Sportage in for service three weeks ago due to a warning light. It needs a replacement part that still hasn't come in. Numerous times they said it would be in on a specific date and it never arrives. She finally stopped in today at the dealership and she was told the arrival date for the replacement part would be another three weeks. She would still be without a car if she didn't pull it out of the shop after the first three days.. AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM KIA ON THE BLVD!!!! More

On March 6,2020 I scheduled an appointment for an oil change , restroom had no hand soap or sanitizer so I asked the receptionist if she had sanitizer SHE SAID NO , I told the receptionist I just used th change , restroom had no hand soap or sanitizer so I asked the receptionist if she had sanitizer SHE SAID NO , I told the receptionist I just used the restroom what am I supposed to do , she then grabbed the sanitizer from her desk after lying that she did not have any and let me use it. Her attitude was unprofessional, lying to a paying customer, I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on More

Disrespectful staff I had an issue with a speaker intermittently acting up. I stopped by and the service guy asked me to bring it in when it was having the issue. So I di I had an issue with a speaker intermittently acting up. I stopped by and the service guy asked me to bring it in when it was having the issue. So I did. He sat in my car and told me the speaker was on the whole time. There was absolutely no way this was not an issue. When confronting the service manager about his lying about the issue, his response was "don't come back here again". I reached out to GM Elvin Colon who did reply promptly. He asked me to give them another chance. I said after he deals with the issue, he could call me back with their reconciliation. I haven't heard back again. That was 6 to 9 months ago. How can I make an official complaint? More
