We saw a truck online at Cleveland Ford which we wanted to check into. Our salesman, Elliott Harris, worked with us even before we made the 65 mile trip from our house to the dealership. He took a video of the truck comparing the length to a similar F-150 that we had to trade in. He even measured it for us. We knew before we even saw the truck that it would fit in our garage. We loved the tuck when we saw it and took it for a test drive. Our only observation was that it needed tire balancing and alignment. Mark Dutton, the used car Sales Manager, assisted Elliott and us in getting the best price on the F-250 and trade-in value on our F-150. They gave us a "We Owe" slip so we could bring the truck back for service at our convenience. Ryan Martin and Brian Taylor did a great job determining one of the tires had a problem and could not be balanced within specs, even though the tires were in almost new condition. They also found out that the tire maker had stopped making that exact tire in 2018. Ryan, Brian and Mark worked together to come up with a very admirable solution. These guys did a great job and to my wife and I demonstrated the integrity and customer care that is often hard to find. 2017 Toyota Highlander - Elliot is the man to see! I have been wanting to upgrade my ride and had a specific type of Highlander. Late model, high miles is ok, 4 cylinder (i4's last longer than v6's IMO I have been wanting to upgrade my ride and had a specific type of Highlander. Late model, high miles is ok, 4 cylinder (i4's last longer than v6's IMO) with all the regular niceties (power everything, keyless entry, etc). I'd been watching AutoTrader for awhile and Cleveland Ford listed one in the low 20's; perfect! Gave 'em a call and spoke with Brittany Rose. Had a very nice conversation; she gave me the specifics about the car and told me Elliott would be available to help me when I arrived. Great! Except they're 2 hours north of Roswell, so a long drive ensued. When I got there Elliott was very helpful. We took the car for a test drive and I decided to purchase. We did a little wrangling about the price but there isn't a lot you can do with a price on the internet. Everyone is looking at these prices and making them a low as they can to get you to click. So Elliott didn't have a lot of room. That said, he worked to close the deal and make me happy. And, yes sir, I am happy. The car is great, the deal was great and so was Elliott, Brittany and all the folks at Cleveland Ford. Highly recommend these folks. More

I walked in with a spreadsheet documenting what I thought my optimal deal should be, and the transaction was within $200 of my estimate that included TN sales taxes. Elliott reaches out to me by email within a few minutes of building my Mustang on Ford’s website, and he called me the morning my car arrived, texting pictures of it for me since I was in Oregon when it arrived. Very happy with the overall dealer and sales experience. More
