I enjoy the experience of buying what is perhaps by 10th Mercedes-Benz, several of which have been bought from the dealership. The other woman who assisted me was extremely helpful. By only concern is the sales manager who I have had a problem with in the past due to his rude nature and statement that the dealership would NOT sell me a car. I found them insulting and unaware of the circumstances that made it impossible me to take the possession of the car I had ordered. A life-threatening illness prevented me receiving the car. More

Everyone is always polite. I was kept informed as to when my car would be ready - I was given a loaner because we thought it might be overnight, but it was set to go in a coup I was kept informed as to when my car would be ready - I was given a loaner because we thought it might be overnight, but it was set to go in a couple of hours.
