Customer service sucks, I don't think they care much after they sell the car. I called for a warranty service, the passenger wiper not working anymore. They could give me an appointment no less than a w after they sell the car. I called for a warranty service, the passenger wiper not working anymore. They could give me an appointment no less than a week and I had to leave the car for min 24 hour to allow them to diagnose the issue then they would have givem me the different options. I said I was 80 miles away on vacation and could not leave the car unless I would stay in hotel, they offered me an appoitment in 3 weeks so they could rent a courtesy car. I mentioned that for a problem I had they would need no more than 10min to diagnose the issue, but no way, they sais this is our policy.... I decided to diagnose myself and fixed it, the wiper nut was completely unscrewed, fortunately there is a rubber protective cup which held the nut otherwise I would have lost it. A problem under warranty created by Hyundai because that nut had never been touched since the car left the plant. They will never see me again. More
