What I’m about to share could happen to you too — and I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did. In May 2024, I bought a 2024 KIA Sorento from this dealership, trading in my Jeep Cherokee as part of the deal. The contract we signed clearly stated that the dealer would pay off my loan balance of $15,278.00. However, they only paid $14,980.33 — leaving a difference of $297.67 that I had to pay out of pocket. A direct violation of the signed contract! Since then, I’ve been to the dealership dozens of times. I spoke with the salesperson, the finance officer, and three different managers. The result? Empty promises. Lies. Wasted time. And not a single cent reimbursed. No one takes responsibility. But that’s not even the worst part… 🔧 During the first maintenance service: • They didn’t properly secure the engine cover, which bounced around under the hood while I was driving. • The engine was left covered in oil, and the interior was stained — the steering wheel and driver’s side door were smeared with grease. Zero care or professionalism. ⚠️ Life-threatening negligence: • During that same visit, they didn’t tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels. I was driving on the highway with loose tires. It could’ve ended in a deadly accident. 💰 And now, the most outrageous part: • This week, I paid again for an oil change and tire rotation. I had marked the tires beforehand… and confirmed they NEVER did the rotation — but they charged for it anyway! This is the second time they’ve scammed me like this. How can anyone be sure they’re even changing the oil? I strongly recommend you take your vehicle to a trusted mechanic immediately to check and avoid major damage. This is not a mistake. This is a systematic practice of charging for services not performed, breaking contracts, negligence, and disrespecting customers. 👉 If you’re thinking about buying from KIA Miami Lakes, think again. ⚠️ You could be their next victim. 🛑 DO NOT TRUST this dealership. Do not use this dealership! On 4/25 after doing a credit application over the phone with Adrian Amauris Quinones, I arrived to test drive a vehicle and finish paperwork. Let’s look for another vehicle. After I look at at least another 8 vehicles and found what I thought was the perfect one, we returned to the office to complete paperwork. Adrian asked that I went ahead and paid my deposit and insured the vehicle to speed up the process. He stated while I insured the vehicle he would bring it around so I could test drive it. Lo and behold at the very end of the deal, Adrian tells me “the service tech took the keys home with him, I’ll have to drive it you you” mind you I live 3 hours away. I immediately said cancel the deal, how could I possible finish paper work on a vehicle I never get to test drive??? Well they stated they reversed everything except somehow they refused to return my money after Adrian said it would be instantly refunded. We are going on almost a month now, everybody drops my phone calls. And in the state of Florida it is the law that insurance cannot be cancelled less than 60 days of commencement, I asked for a letter stating I never got the vehicle and they refused to send that as well. So now I am insuring a vehicle I never got to drive or buy and I am out thousands of dollars that this dealership has pocketed. PLEASE BEWARE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE More

Sales team: Sales team was OK. The sales person worked with us to get the car that best fit our needs. Leased a Kia. Downsides: I felt they were not very thorough on looking for good offers when negotiating the pricing. Also, there was a LOT of waiting around. I was in the dealership for almost 7 hours (including everything). Finance team: My experience with the Finance Department was a bit unsettling. They kept all the paperwork inside a folder not visible to me, and when I asked to see it, the person got defensive. They also wanted me to sign everything very quickly and they got a little frustrated if I wanted to read what I was signing. There were 3 additional services (total amount more than 1000 dollars) that they added to my contract, and the contract clearly stated were OPTIONAL. When I said I didn't want them, the finance guy told me they were mandatory, and that if I didn't want them he couldn't sell me the car. He also said that the contract was an old version and they were going to update it, and that's why it stated those were optional. Everywhere in the paperwork it said these services were OPTIONAL, so the whole thing was kind of unsettling. The next day I got a call from customer service, and I explained the situation. The lady explained that 2 of those services were in fact mandatory (even though the contract states they are optional), and the third one was in fact optional and told me I could go and talk to the Finance Manager to sort it out. It is very unsettling that the contract states (more than once) that these services are OPTIONAL, and the dealership is telling me they are mandatory. This makes them looks dishonest and I would not feel comfortable making business with them again. They should either fix their contract or tell the truth to the customer. (the sales person name does not appear in the selection menu so I had to pick someone else) More
