I initially had an appointment with Valley to have my daughters Jeep looked at for a check engine light. I made the appointment weeks in advance because she goes to school out of state and would only be daughters Jeep looked at for a check engine light. I made the appointment weeks in advance because she goes to school out of state and would only be home for a short period of time. Long story short I was informed at 4:30pm on the day of my appointment that they were unable to get to my vehicle that day. I called Klaben at 4:45 and spoke with Liz who was very helpful. She was able to get me in the next day and by 9am that day I had an answer to the problem. Liz was very helpful, and I would recommend Klaben to anyone who wants a competent, friendly, and helpful team that get the job done! More

This is an update from my previous review. Jeff Ashley from Klaben reached out to me immediately this morning so he could talk to me about my concerns. He told me that everything that was quoted was just safety concerns that they wanted to bring to my attention. I visited with Klaben again and they did a great job with another repair that was needed. I would definitely recommend Klaben for any repair needs. The service that we brought the Pacifica in for what we brought it in for was repaired. The only thing that I didn’t like that they were looking for every little thing that they could and wanted me to get brought it in for was repaired. That’s why I don’t bring my vehicles into dealerships to get repaired if it’s not a warranty issue More
