Sales person was kind and followed through with his promises. Wish there was a full tank and my credit score was higher on transunion website than what was reflected in the documentation, but overall a promises. There was also damage to the trunk that was not reflected on the car fax. Second car with Napelton and the buying process has always been seamless for the most part. More
