Started car buying process on Jun 12,2024 with deposit and completed purchase paperwork on June 17. It is June 29, 2024 and I am still waiting on the car , which should not take more than day or two to get to my location from the dealership. If you look to shop in person, you might want to look for other options because, they claim they have competitive interest rates which is big lie and they do not accept third party financing. The worst service department I have ever experienced. They outright lied to me about scheduling. They had me bring my vehicle in there and told me it would be ready the same day. It wasn’t until I had been waiting around for approximately five hours that they told me they needed to keep it overnight. They don’t answer their phones when you try to call them in fact, when you do call their service operator, you get hung up on without anyone taking the call. Every service advisor is impossible to access by telephone. Absolutely poor service. Don’t take your vehicle there. Probably not a good idea to purchase your vehicle there if you’re planning on getting it serviced there. More
