Everyone was friendly and they offered us drinks and a snack and the entire purchasing experience was pleasant. The paperwork process was easy, and questions were answered to our satisfaction and Mr. Black was a pleasure to work with. After the purchase, we met with Laken and she showed us each feature on the car and helped with presets, etc. They really go the extra mile!
