I bought a certified pre owned 2024 Audi Q5 on 1/14 and could not be happier with the service I received from Allentown Audi, especially Bradyn Shelly. Brayden was with me throughout the process and could could not be happier with the service I received from Allentown Audi, especially Bradyn Shelly. Brayden was with me throughout the process and could not have been more helpful. He was a very friendly person and certainly knew his Audi knowledge. He even told me to call/text him with any questions I may have going forward with my new car which I warned him I will have plenty I’m sure. I also met Kyle and Elijah who were also extremely nice and very helpful. Overall experience was A+. More

Everyone we dealt with were pleasant and we never felt pressured. I was very insistent on what I was willing to accept on terms of vehicle color and interior and they found exactly what I was looking for. pressured. I think the orientation to the car could have been a little more thorough, I’m going to have to reach out with some questions. Not the dealers fault, the documentation is vague and the videos are not specific to my model. Also, I was told a 1st aid kit was included which I did not get. I was stunned to discover that the car has no spare tire. I think that should have been mentioned since I was clear I’d be doing regular long distance trips. That fact may have influenced our decision. For a company that focuses on safety, I’d expect to have a spare available when needed. More
