We had a great experience from the start. I called to line up a vehicle and arrange a test drive. We were driving 150 miles, so I hoped for Sunrise to be prepared and efficient. Very friendly folks, felt I was being low balled on my trade even after I did the trade estimator and that suggested they should have offered more from the get go. That was the only negative otherwise all trade even after I did the trade estimator and that suggested they should have offered more from the get go. That was the only negative otherwise all was good so I took away 1 star from being excellent. They fulfilled most of my other concerns. Thank You! More
