I worked with Elias and he kept me up to date on the vehicle's progress once it was built and on its way to the U.S. When it arrived at the dealership, he immediately sent me a photo of it on the transport, which was great. Once all the paperwork was taken care of (thanks to Docusign and FedEx), covered transport to my house was arranged by Audi Henderson and the car arrived in perfect condition.
