He is an example of a true professional and hard worker in regards to satisfying the client's needs. One of the kindest people I have met. Additionally, he was a down-to-earth person and was patient in answering any concerns or questions I had regarding purchasing a used Toyota. I also appreciated the help of Mr. Sohail Butt. He was fair in our business dealings and it was easy to do business at the Toyota of Wallingford dealership. Without hesitation, I would recommend any individual who is looking to buy a new or used Toyota to visit the dealership in Wallingford. They are a helpful dealership and have honest employees looking to serve the best interest of the customer. Can't thank them both enough! My family and I are in love with our Toyota. Really excellent service My old warhorse of a Forester gave her last unexpectedly this week, and I was stuck without much for a downpayment, a nearly worthless trade-in, credi My old warhorse of a Forester gave her last unexpectedly this week, and I was stuck without much for a downpayment, a nearly worthless trade-in, credit still in repair from a couple bad years and in need of a car. Elias Dean walked me through the process and helped me pick out my new 2017 Yaris. Really personable and knowledgable, and extremely honest. Then Danny at the finance department took over and really went to bat for me, what with being at least 6 months out from when I was planning to be ready to buy a car. He got me stellar financing for my decidedly unstellar credit and a payment I can manage without stress. They even took the Forester (rest its soul) and I got a trade in that at least managed to cover the tires I just had to buy for it. The Yaris is a wonderful car, agile and really comfortable for its size. Toyota of Wallingford is lucky to have guys like Elias and Danny working for them, and so was I. More

A nice added bonus was brand new tires and battery on a purchased vehicle. Also, we had a little one with us (1.5 month old), so Eli did everything in his power to speed up the process. They make your feel like family! When I went to purchase my 2019 RAV4 Hybrid I thought I knew everything about the car but our salesman Eli took it all to the next level. Eli exceeded When I went to purchase my 2019 RAV4 Hybrid I thought I knew everything about the car but our salesman Eli took it all to the next level. Eli exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in, making us feel like family. On top of all the knowledge he had to offer us, he was professional and accommodating. With only a few weeks left to move out of state they ensured I received the vehicle in an expedited time frame. the friendliness didn’t end at the show room, though. The finance department also made sure everything went smoothly and they honored all of the promotions they offered, on top of some other great things they did. In all encounters I had my 6 year old son and he was entertained the whole time, having the Dog there was the cherry on top! Thank you Toyota of Wallingford for such a great experience!
