Recently had the best experience at Team Nissan, I went to look at a New Frontier back in the beginning of January, after alot of negotiations on trade value, I agreed to purchase the truck, but I ended u to look at a New Frontier back in the beginning of January, after alot of negotiations on trade value, I agreed to purchase the truck, but I ended up backing out the last minute. Ralph Fast and I stayed in communication for a month and half, not only about Frontiers but just everyday stuff as well. I then found an older used vehicle I was interested in and agian changed my mind last minute. Yes I was " that customer". Ralph and Eli treated me with nothing but repect through the whole experience. 2 days ago I decided I was finally ready to purchase my new 26 Frontier, I was almost embarrassed to even show my face at Team Nissan after backing out twice, but Ralph and Eli were great! We laughed and made jokes about my previous backing out and if I would actually show this time around. I never felt uncomfortable during my purchase as everyone was super friendly. I totally recommend giving Team Nissan a try for your vehicle needs! Thanks Ralph and Eli for putting up with me so long...in the end it all worked out! More
