Had a terrible experience with Mitchell Pavelklo, Eli Osario. Dan Sills, & Luis Tamayo at Elder Ford. I paid deposit weeks ago that was not recorded. Eli said he would send me a receipt, but never did. T Osario. Dan Sills, & Luis Tamayo at Elder Ford. I paid deposit weeks ago that was not recorded. Eli said he would send me a receipt, but never did. They tried to force me to sign paperwork with a lot of errors. Both Mitchell & Eli refused to return phone calls for weeks. When I called the dealership they said Eli also works at a junkyard. They messed up the paperwork real bad. They had the wrong make, color, price, and my address was wrong on the documents. I hope it gets corrected so I can purchase the car. If not, my attorney will contact the police to get my money back. Tampa Police are very helpful and they are familiar with Elder Ford. Tampa Police can be reached at 813-231-6130. They are located at 411 N Franklin xx in Tampa. If you choose to do business with Elder Ford, then you need to keep the Tampa Police info handy because you are going to need it when they try to cheat you by stealing your money, lying about the car, and not returning phone calls. They have bait price, When you get there, they start racking up all kind of ridiculous charges to Jack up the price of the vehicle. Very disappointing.
