I waited for 5hrs for my tire to be repaired from a nail in it. The next day Sunday (today) my tire pressure is low. Nothing was done to fix the problem. On top of waiting I find out my family member passed in it. The next day Sunday (today) my tire pressure is low. Nothing was done to fix the problem. On top of waiting I find out my family member passed away and after I’m told it would be another 45mins, I asked for my vehicle back because I wanted to grieve and pick up my son by 4pm. Eli told me he will get on it and get my car taken care of. Finally an hour later I get my Jeep with no charge and the tire fixed. I was appreciative for Eli taken care of the problem until my tire was low AGAIN this afternoon. I’m back to square one and my time/money wasted. I called out of work to get my tire fix which ended up money lost on my end. More
