I am very disappointed with the service at Mercedes. Compared to Toyota, the experience has been frustrating. Scheduling an appointment with Mercedes takes two months, whereas Toyota can provide the sam Compared to Toyota, the experience has been frustrating. Scheduling an appointment with Mercedes takes two months, whereas Toyota can provide the same service in just two days. Toyota offers 36 months of free oil changes, but despite being promised the same when I bought my Mercedes, I have to pay for oil changes and inspections. Additionally, the prices for these services are significantly higher compared to other companies that offer them for free for a couple of years. Given the number of cars Mercedes sells, it’s surprising they haven’t increased their service capacity. Waiting two months for service is unacceptable, and I was not informed that I would need to schedule my appointment so far in advance. Overall, the service at Mercedes falls far short of my expectations, especially when compared to the excellent service at Toyota. I hope this feedback leads to some changes, but as it stands, the service was not what I expected. I will be sharing my experience with my friends. More

Absolutely awesome experience. I rolled in, signed the pre-negotiated paperwork and was in my van getting the walk through within 30 mins. I reached out online and inquired about a sprinter van, was very quickly called from the dealership, and Eli followed up with me multiple times. He was supported by his manager, Brian, and they’ve been ove was very quickly called from the dealership, and Eli followed up with me multiple times. He was supported by his manager, Brian, and they’ve been over backwards to just make sure I had a good experience. They were very genuine in their conversation, we actually got along great and made a great friendship, which was amazing actually. This is the second time I’ve bought from this dealership, and so far they are literally batting 1000. You won’t get a better price anywhere else, you may as well come here for a good experience.
