Would not recommend taking your vehicle here for any repairs. I had an appointment to fix my diesel truck in February 2022.. it sat there and sat there. I keep calling to get updates and since they only repairs. I had an appointment to fix my diesel truck in February 2022.. it sat there and sat there. I keep calling to get updates and since they only have 1 diesel mechanic, it hadn’t been looked at. I explained to them that I was moving to Georgia and I needed the truck (this was now end of March) still not fixed. Had to move and keep the truck there. I try to see if they could just trade it in and I would get a new one from them. They low balled the crap out me trying to have 11,000 dollars roll over on a new vehicle from them. I go out there to get all the stuff out of my truck since I am moving now, and it is sitting in the back of the parking lot, looking like it hasn’t moved since the day I dropped it off… garbage!!! Complete garbage… So now me and my family are at a new location stuck with one vehicle. I continue up to call them and no one ever gives me a call back like I am told every time. Finally get ahold of someone and now the truck is “top priority” (that was 3 weeks ago) then they tell me oh it’s going to be 4000 dollars to get it fixed.. that is on top of me now having to buy a plane ticket and go thru the airport hassle and get up there and then drive it all the way back.. I asked if they would just buy it out right from me. They still haven’t gotten back to me with a price.. which is weird since it is now MAY and my truck has been sitting with them since FEBRUARY… but no one can get back with me on a price.. which I’m sure it will be some LOW BALL price trying to get me to pay 4000 to fix it and probably 10000 to get to payoff.. I will keep everyone updated on how crappy their offer is. DO NOT GO HERE!! They prey and feed off people in tight spots.. especially service members that have no other choice More

Great Team I had a really good experience at Reed-Lallier Chevy. Octavia and I actually spent about 20 minutes trying to find the vehicle I wanted.I wasn’t press I had a really good experience at Reed-Lallier Chevy. Octavia and I actually spent about 20 minutes trying to find the vehicle I wanted.I wasn’t pressured after my initial visit. I had time to weigh my options without being pressured. When I decided to purchase Octavia and Emmanuel addressed all of my concerns and made sure I was good before moving to financing. Emmanuel was very transparent through the process taking a lot of stress out of the car buying experience. David was helpful taking the time to provide additional information I requested. More

Bad customer service, bad repairs. Reed Lailler is consistent with shorty repairs and bad customer service. Monday we had a vehicle scheduled for a repair( a recall GM issued after Reed Lailler is consistent with shorty repairs and bad customer service. Monday we had a vehicle scheduled for a repair( a recall GM issued after years of safety issues). When the vehicle was ready my mother ( whose elderly and on a fixed income) explained to them it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before she could get there to pick the vehicle up, service department replies "for $25 a day" We are life long customers of Reed Lailler, 2 generations deep. We will not use this dealership for any thing ever again, there's too much competition to allow a "customer based business" to treat customers in anyway aside great! This is not the first problem I've had with this dealership, but certainally the last. Last Time I used this shop for a repair the vehicle went in for a body repair (Deer hit the car) and I expressed to them I'm very picky on body lines... make sure they line up and the paint is properly blended.... well it wasn't! we as consumers must put a stop to this type of treatment, we all made them who they are today and we shouldn't let them forget who's really boss! The consumer! More

New Car Purchase I had specific wants concerning the new vehicle and after much effort and searching by Vatsal Naik and Tony Eason they found the vehicle I wanted. Vatsal was especially helpful and the entire staff was very pleasant, accommodating and professional. Elaine Lewis in service was exceptionally nice to work with getting purchased options installed quickly and with minimum inconvenience to me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. or service. More

Great Dealership in Fayetteville I had the pleasure of shopping with Reed-Lallier Chevrolet in Fayetteville, North Carolina on 3-28-15 after seeing the Laguna Blue Z51 Corvette Coupe I had the pleasure of shopping with Reed-Lallier Chevrolet in Fayetteville, North Carolina on 3-28-15 after seeing the Laguna Blue Z51 Corvette Coupe on their website. I called and spoke to V" and he invited me down on Saturday to look at the car. The entire dealership is so friendly and caring, from the breakfast items at the lounge and constantly asking you if you have been taken care of. V took the car from the showroom and we went for a ride. The car handled great and just what I wanted 8 speed transmission, Z51. The car was ordered as I would have done, no waste of money on items not really needed. Anyway we closed the deal, have received numerous calls and e-mails from V and General Manager following up on the sale of the car. Many thanks, Wayne More

Best Chevrolet dealer in Fayetteville,NC My second time buying a vehicle form Reed-Lallier. Both times were above the normal car buying. The first sport car was a great car. The second is n My second time buying a vehicle form Reed-Lallier. Both times were above the normal car buying. The first sport car was a great car. The second is new, but so far more above what I expected. The management and sale personnel have been the best for each of my cars. The service has always been more than I expected. I would recommend the friendly dealership to anyone. I will continue too keep in touch with the friendly employees that take good care of my car. Thanks More
