Ehsan was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I bought CR-V Hybrid. He explains all details about warranty on different car systems including high voltage battery. We did nice test drive and take I bought CR-V Hybrid. He explains all details about warranty on different car systems including high voltage battery. We did nice test drive and take that car right away. Document processing was done in smooth way. Next day I came with complains about terrible sound car produce when it put in Rear gear. Ehsan was patient and spend a lot of time and finally explains, what this is a government mandated feature "Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System". Took my 2024 CR-V in to have the protection service done. Jose Barrera was absolutly awesome!! My husband and I bought a 2024 CR-V from Valley Honda this week and it was the best car buying experience either of us has ever had. I was trading in a Subaru and Valley's trade offer was very fair, so we got off to a good start from the get-go. From then on the process was cheerful and streamlined. I felt well-informed and that I could trust the people I was dealing with, from our awesome salesman Ehsan, to Chris B. in finance. Every part of the process was transparent and honest and HUMAN. Even the other customers we chatted with were excited for us! Another stand out was sales manager Cesar who was cool as a cucumber when my husband got grumbly, lol. We had a short amount of time to buy a car together with our work, travel and kid schedules, and Ehsan was super accommodating to that, even making himself available to let us do test drives separately at different times, which required holding the car overnight. I really have to credit him with making this sale happen! Overall, I can say the customer service is probably what will keep me coming back to Valley Honda. That, and I've already gotten two compliments on my new CR-V! Thanks you so much, Ehsan! More
