However, I did encounter a frustrating situation when I requested a small addition to the vehicle; it was not with Edy but his manager. After spending nearly $100,000 on a SUV, I felt that a simple request for black emblems should not have been met with resistance. The manager provided an unprofessional explanation as to why they couldn't accommodate this request on a "Due Bill," which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Despite this hiccup, the financing process went smoothly, and I truly appreciated Edy's efforts. He made the experience remarkable, and I left the dealership feeling grateful for his support, even if the managerial handling left something to be desired. More
