I live 6 hours away so I needed an out the door price t After finding a truck I liked online I reached out to Palm Beach Mazda to try to make a deal. I live 6 hours away so I needed an out the door price to give to my bank for financing. After speaking to 4 different people and practically begging for a buyers order for my bank I finally received one and was shocked to see the price increased by 10 thousand dollars! After breaking it down it was clear that almost 7 thousand dollars of it was bogus fees. I tried to negotiate and they wouldn’t budge claiming that that’s the best they can do. This whole experience has been the epitome of car salesman ripping people off and why salesman get such a bad reputation. $3000 for “platinum protection” is a scam. All it is is some spray bottle ceramic coating that can probably be bought and any local parts store. More

My husband and I went to this location to “just” look at Cx30 and Cx5. We were not expecting to speak with anyone or even step foot inside the dealership. I am looking for a vehicle and I am taking my time Cx30 and Cx5. We were not expecting to speak with anyone or even step foot inside the dealership. I am looking for a vehicle and I am taking my time in making that decision. Edwin greeted pleasantly within about 15 min of looking within their new car lot. We were upfront with him and our decision about only doing our due diligence in research! He was so kind and professional. He immediately offered us a test ride on whatever I wanted in the lot. (Mind you I was at Lexus WPB the previous day and it was not the same experience). He gladly went inside and grabbed the keys and let me take two cars for a spin. He even let me take the vehicles on i95 to feel what it would be like on the hwy since I drive to Orlando weekly. Edwin’s positive attributes consist of being easy going, knowledgeable, attentive, professional and fun. We both look forward to purchasing a vehicle with him in the next few weeks!!
