Second time it's you need a new ac compressor replacement for $3500! No thanks. Got it done for under $1000. That's with a oem compressor replacement. More

The place is nice but they have lied at least twice now about the time it would take to finish service on my vehicle, they would say 2 days and it would be a week later. The service advisor named Olga did about the time it would take to finish service on my vehicle, they would say 2 days and it would be a week later. The service advisor named Olga did not provide me with the proper information and I ended getting charged for something I didn't know existed. She got mad and accused me of lying. The manager Luciano came in and sorted out the situation and told me I didnt have to pay what I didn't agree to pay. The manager is extremely nice and did a great job managing the situation with the service advisor. Along with this, my new service advisor Edwin was really nice and straightforward. Overall this place is decent but the long unforeseen wait times and the extremely rude service advisor knocks off two stars. More

From day one, she wasn’t just a service advisor, she was the standard. She listened. She advocated. She made sure I never left that service bay feeling anything less than VIP. When I found out she was promoted, I seriously considered breaking up with this dealership and taking my business to Firestone. That’s how influential she was. But then came Edwin. And whew—what a save. Edwin stepped in with warmth, smarts, and a sense of care that immediately put me at ease. Not only did he keep me informed every step of the way, but he also offered tips I’d never heard before—and I’ve been driving for a minute. His energy? Infectious. His personality? Delightfully sharp. His service? Consistently five-star, every time. Even when the head service manager didn’t quite hit the mark in the charisma department (just keeping it real), Edwin more than made up for it. He’s the reason I’m still here—getting my car serviced, staying loyal to this location, and recommending it to anyone who’ll listen. If you ever need your car serviced, do yourself a favor and ask for Edwin. Or just look for the guy with the big smile who treats every customer like they matter—because to him, we do. Michelle may have passed the torch, but Edwin’s carrying it with pride—and lighting up the whole service experience while he’s at it. This dealership is lucky to have him. And honestly, so am I. In closing, Edwin makes car service feel like concierge care—professional, warm, and always above expectations! Dr. Fullwood More

Was there almost 3 hours for warranty service on electric vehicle. Service for my car did not even start for 1.5 hours after I got there for my 10:30 appointment. I was told a “semi arrived for deliver and blocked access” to my car. When my car was no longer blocked 1,5 hours later, I asked “how long now” and was told 45 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later, my car was ready. I will never return to this dealership for service or even to lease my next car. Unexcusable! And i thought Jenkins was bad. This was worse. More

Well I guess he did after reading original review. They got the check engine light to go off, but were not transparent about the process my vehicle had gone through the previous 2 times. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the service manager who contacted me and requested I bring the car back passed me back to the same service guy that started the entire mess. Honestly, I’m considering an upgrade to the next model so I wouldn’t have to deal with Hyundai at all. Clear communication goes a long way! People are not as dumb as you guys think, even if we aren’t mechanics. Gerald started the process of trying to make things right and in my opinion, did that about halfway. As the manager when you took over for the service guy, follow through. The fact that you passed me back to the “gentleman” who started the problem really says you cared. Thanks! When time to purchase again, PARKS will not be involved, no matter the dealership. More
