This is my second bad experience with this dealer. I myself were a mechanic for over 25 years so seeing this is upsetting. Went in for a flush and fill service and they did not do the job. They cut co I myself were a mechanic for over 25 years so seeing this is upsetting. Went in for a flush and fill service and they did not do the job. They cut corners and charged me for a flush and fill but only emptied a couple gallons and added a couple. Very deceptive. I would choose another option. It is dealers like this that give all dealers a bad name, This dealer is the reason they call them stealerships. More

These were very good people to deal with. they worked with us to make things work out. These people are so helpful, professional and knowledgeable with automotive repairs and maintenance. I appreciate their kindness during a time when my mother and I felt so frustrated with our car knowledgeable with automotive repairs and maintenance. I appreciate their kindness during a time when my mother and I felt so frustrated with our car, and this dealership did an outstanding job on the repairs, and did so in a timely manner. Mother and I live directly across the highway from another Ford dealership, and we would both prefer to drive all the way to Crystal River for service on Momma’s C-Max. I freel I got over priced when it came to the sighing of paperwork I bought as is with no detailing but they charged me for protective paint coverage it was still sitting to go through detailing when I boug paperwork I bought as is with no detailing but they charged me for protective paint coverage it was still sitting to go through detailing when I bought it. 350,00 charge plus at the end I was charged more then they advertised it on line on there sight let alone other sights too More
