I was not clear of weather all the fluid levels had been checked and if needed adjusted before I bought my used car 2 months ago, I didn’t think of this until about 3PM, I called service and asked if ii could bring car in and they said yes if I could get there within an hour. Traffic was crazy and it took me me 1 1/2 hours to get there, they were fine. They checked and topped off coolant but said it would have been fine. I asked if they could check the rest of car, they found a problem with a tie rod, I have an appointment for it to be fixed next week at no charge and a 60k checkup with oil and filters and fluid changes to be done also at no charge. More

Great dealership, just had recall service done. Everything was handled easily and professionally by my service coordinator Griselle. Dropped car off and had a loaner vehicle ready within minutes. 11/8/25 I came for a service at Norwood, very emotional and exhausted from work and also I hit my car to a sidewalk where the tire sustained a tear, unable to drive. I had to use my spare tire.
