We were greeted by all personnel with a friendly smile and an offer of assistance. We had a scheduled appointment with Hector Lopez but that didn't mean we only dealt with Hector. We were greeting by a number of people from the sales and finance management teams to ensure that our purchase experience from start to finish was exceptional. We were offered water and coffee by several employees during our short time at the Sport Subaru location. We felt comfortable with the atmosphere of the store and well taken care of. The start of my sales experience was through an online contact form. From the moment I selected "submit", I was contacted by Hector and we discussed my preference of custom ordering a 2020 Subaru XT Touring with some additional factory and dealer installed items. I was provided a weekly email update every Monday from when my order was placed. The car was even ready a month prior to the estimated delivery date. I always felt confident in my selection of dealerships for this purchase. Hector Lopez was our primary contact and his customer service was superb. More

Sick and tired of all the back and forth finagling between the salesperson and the manager, my husband and I took our son's advice and sought out a c Sick and tired of all the back and forth finagling between the salesperson and the manager, my husband and I took our son's advice and sought out a car dealership in Orlando. Best. Decision. Ever! My husband spoke very frankly with Antonio Natera and said, "I'm looking for an Outback, with the cost of tax & title, out the door! Antonio asked for our particulars: year, color, etc. and promised to get back to us. He did! He gave us an out the door price. What dealership does that? We certainly couldn't find anyone in our area of Florida's panhandle willing to work with us. Not only did the dealership give us a great deal, Antonio offered to pick us up from the airport! And he did! When inspecting the vehicle, Antonio offered to push my wheelchair back into the building to get me out of the sun. He offered us drinks and snacks. Who does that? Antonio! I knew God had answered all of my prayers when the whole process flowed with ease: Edwin giving us a good price, Jon working out a great warranty deal, and did I mention the honest, professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, meet-all-your-needs Antonio?
