Sales agent told me that Honda care package is mandatory and did not discussed that there is an option of ordering the car to opt out from it as per their manager. I have commented on this before. After getting the car back, I didn't notice until after it was dark that someone who worked on the car had turned the headlights off. I normally leave the switch in the automatic position and don't worry about the headlights being on. I don't know why it was necessary to turn the headlights off for this service, but you did, and then didn't set the switch back where it was. Every time this happens, I will rate you one star, because I have told you about it before. And this survey tool sucks -- it requires rating "people I worked with" and frankly I don't remember any of their names. More
